68% of Leaders Have the Same Gap.

That is the percentage of leaders who have taken the IMPACT Leadership Assessment and scored lowest on the same element. Not one of their lower scores. Their primary gap. Across industries. Across experience levels. Across roles.

The element is Act with Intentionality. Intentional leaders ensure every movement is purposeful and aligns with the broader mission, strategy, and desired culture.

"I know what I should be doing. I just never get to it."

That sentence captures the gap exactly. Not a lack of knowledge. Not a lack of motivation. A structural problem, where the environment keeps winning, and the leader's real priorities keep losing.

This is not a motivation problem. It is a structural one. And structural problems need structural solutions.

A Structured Experience Built to Produce Actual Behavior Change.

The Intentionality Intensive is not a course. It is not a video library you work through on your own with no one checking in. It is not another article about time management.

It is a 30-day cohort experience with:

  • Four live weekly sessions on Tuesdays running from June 16 through July 7

  • Practical tools tied directly to each of the five Act with Intentionality behaviors

  • Peer accountability with a tight cohort of 12 leaders

  • A personal 30-day commitment is reviewed at the close of the program

An optional pathway to complete the full IMPACT Leadership Assessment to benchmark your progress at the end of the experience

There is a difference between information and transformation. The Intentionality Intensive is built around that distinction.

4 Weeks. 4 Moves

  • Before anything changes, the pattern has to be named. Leaders track their reactive interruptions for three days, complete a self-assessment, and bring an honest picture of where the environment is winning to the first cohort session. Awareness is the first act of intentionality.

  • You cannot be intentional about nothing. This week gives participants specific language and a framework for defining their highest priorities, so that daily decisions have something real to align to. The challenge: if someone watched your calendar last week, could they name your top three?

  • Good intentions do not survive urgent environments without systems. The most practical week in the Intensive. Leaders work through the Strategic Time Block Template, the Strategic “No” Framework, and the Calendar Audit. The session commitment: two intentional strategic blocks on next week's calendar before the session ends.

  • Habits do not stick without identity. Leaders complete their Intentionality Statement, a personal leadership declaration, and leave with a 90-day plan and a community of peers who made the same commitment alongside them.

This is for you if…

  • You end most weeks feeling like you worked hard, but are not sure you worked on the right things.

  • You have goals, but your calendar does not reflect them.

  • You know what intentional leadership looks like in theory, but struggle to execute it consistently under pressure.

No prerequisites.
No assessment required.

The Intentionality Intensive is open to any leader who recognizes this gap in themselves and is ready to do something about it.

The first cohort is limited to 12 leaders. Once those seats are filled, registration closes.

Program Details:

Format: Four live weekly sessions via video call

Dates: June 16, June 23, June 30, July 7

Day/Time: Tuesdays  |  [Time TBD]

Cohort Size: 12 participants (2026-01)

Investment: $297 per seat

Seats are limited to 12 by design. The accountability dynamic that makes this work requires a tight group. When the cohort is too large, the accountability thins out, and the results follow.

Commonly Asked Questions

Do I need to have taken the IMPACT Leadership Assessment to participate?

No. The Intentionality Intensive stands on its own. If you complete the program and want to benchmark your progress with the full assessment, that pathway is available, but it is not required to register.

What platform will be used for the live sessions?

All live sessions will use Google Meet, and a link to the call will be provided to participants each week.

What platform will be used for the live sessions?

All live sessions will use Google Meet or similar, and a link to the call will be provided weekly to participants. There will be no cost to participants for the platform used.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, and will be available for a period of time to be determined. Amplifying Impact Events will not use any content without the other party’s consent.

What if I miss a session?

It’s important that the meetings are prioritized. Given there are only four sessions, missing even one week will diminish the value for a participant. Understanding our jobs and other responsibilities can pull us away, AIE will make available weekly content, resources, and recordings as able for missed sessions, but no guarantee is given.

Is this only for Chick-fil-A Leaders?

No. While many leaders in the IMPACT ecosystem come from Chick-fil-A, the Intentionality Intensive is open to any leader navigating a high-urgency, high-demand environment. The gap is universal. The tools work regardless of your industry.

What is the refund policy?
